The Civic
League was founded in 1989 as the only registered lobby in Washington,DC,
representing the Albanian people.

The Civic
League expresses the concerns of Albanian Americans about the national cause of seven
million Albanians living side by side in Albania, Kosova, Western Macedonia, Southeastern
Montenegro, Presheve, Medvegje, Bujanovc, and Chameria.

The Civic
League is classified as a section 501(c) (4) nonprofa organization under the Internal
Revenue Code and is registered to actively
lobby the legislative and the exxutive branches of the U.S. government (It files
semi-annual reports wfth the Secretary of the U.S. Senate Sand the Clerk of the U.S. House
of Representatives.)

The AAF was
founded in 1989 as a publicly-supported charitable and educational nonprofit organization,which is classified as tax exempt under Section
501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions
are tax-deductible for individual or corporate income tax purposes, and grants from
private foundations to AAF are treated as qualifying distributions to avoid the imposition
of excise taxes on the granting foundation.

|
The AAF informs and educates the press and raises public
awareness about the plight of the Albanian people in the Balkans.

Affairs Committee

The MPAC was
founded in 1990 as a Political Action Committee (PAC) to support elected
officials who demonstrate their active interest in and support of
issues affecting the national cause, self-determination, human-rights, and economic well
being of 7 million Albanians in the Balkans.

AAPAC is
registered with the Federal Election Commission and files reports at
least every six months with the FEC, as required by IS.
